Overall

BGO Casino is a friendly and welcoming site. Slot players will enjoy the variety of games available, especially the branded slot games. Table game players and video poker players will struggle with the lack of variety; however, the live dealer section will help table game players find more games to keep their interest. There are limited promotions offered on the website, but more offers do arrive via email promotions. The lack of 24/7 customer service is a definite drawback.

Game Variety

There is good variety for slot players (including progressive jackpots), but with only roulette and a few blackjack games, table game players will be disappointed. However, the addition of an impressive live dealer section does add more table game variety for players, and it gives players a fun and realistic casino experience. Bingo players will enjoy the variety offered with both games and denominations.

Banking

BGO currently offers 8 deposit options and 7 withdrawal options for players. All deposits under $700 are subject to a 2.5% fee, and all withdrawals have a flat-rate fee of $3.75 per transaction. Players can set their own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits to keep track of their spending.

Cash-Outs

Cash-outs are processed in less than 48 hours by BGO; then it can take anywhere from 24 hours to 5 days to receive your cash-out, depending on your withdrawal method. All withdrawals have a $3.75 fee per transaction.

Bonuses

Customer Service

Customer service representatives are available via live chat, email, phone, mail, and a “contact us” template found in the Help page on the website. Customer service is listed as being available either between 8:30am and midnight BST or 9am and midnight BST. The fact that they are not available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, is a drawback (especially for late night players or players in different time zones). When asked the same question twice, the two customer service representatives provided contradicting information, which calls their reliability into question. However, their representatives were always polite and friendly when we contacted them.

User Interface

BGO Casino is an appealing and user-friendly website. The games load quickly and run smoothly. They have quality graphics, and the live casino webcam technology is impressive.

Game Selection

BGO Casino has five different categories for their casino games: table games, slots, video poker, jackpots, and bingo.

BGO has a limited selection of table games available, with the exception of roulette. Most of the table games on BGO are variations of roulette, with only a few blackjack tables and one Caribbean stud poker table. It’s unfortunate that there is not a wider variety of table games for players, as we believe most players will be looking for more selection. But if roulette is your game of choice, you’ve come to the right place! Thankfully, the live dealer section of table games helps to add more variety for the table game players.

With over 120 slot games to choose from, we’re sure that most slot players will find at least a few favorites in the selection of games available. We particularly appreciated seeing the wide selection of branded slot games available on BGO. We would much rather play an actual Rocky machine than a knock off “Ricky” machine any day. So, kudos to BGO for offering the real-deal games to their players!

Most video poker players will be disappointed with the lack of selection available, but there are a few games for players to enjoy. We hope that more video poker variations will be added to BGO in the future, as that is one of our personal games of choice.

When it comes to the progressive jackpot games, BGO does not spare any expense. There are over 40 progressive jackpot games to choose from, with jackpots currently ranging from as low as $1700 to as high as a whopping $12 million (and climbing!). If that doesn’t pique your interest, we’re not really sure what will!

BGO also has a variety of bingo games available, with a wide range of prices per game. There are 90 ball games, 80/75 ball games, bingo progressives, and even some special games. The bingo section also offers its very own selection of slot games and even some scratch tickets. The Vault

There are four different types of boosts. Deposit and Withdrawal Options

BGO Casino currently has 8 deposit options and 7 withdrawal options available. These can (and often do) change without notice, so make sure to check the site before registering to make sure that your preferred method of depositing and/or withdrawing is still available.

Something we appreciate about BGO is that their players can set personalized deposit limits, instead of relying on the standard default limits. The default deposit limits on BGO’s website are all rather high, but if you want to keep yourself in check, you can set your daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits at the amount of your choosing. This is a welcome feature to see on a site, and one that ensures players play within their limits.

The default daily deposit limit is $99,999, but if a player wants to set their own daily limit, the available options range between $10 and $10,000. The default weekly deposit limit is $250,000, but the available options range between $25 and $40,000 for personalized weekly limits. The default monthly deposit limit is $500,000, but players can choose between $50 and $60,000 for their own personalized monthly deposit limit.

Withdrawal Options

BGO processes its withdrawals within 48 hours. If you want to reverse a withdrawal request, it is best done in the first 12-24 hours. After that, it is likely that a reversal won’t be possible, so make sure you really want to make a withdrawal before instigating the process. Credit and debit cards can take an additional 2-5 days to process after the funds are released by BGO. Instant Banking can take an additional 1-3 days to process. InstaDebit and iDebit are by far the fastest of the withdrawal options, generally processed in less than an additional 24 hours.

The withdrawal screen states that the minimum withdrawal amount is $20, but in their FAQ page, it states the minimum withdrawal amount is $30. There seems to be a trend with BGO’s website that they have conflicting information that confuses players. We contacted customer support about this via live chat and email to see if we would get a consistent answer. Disappointingly, we got two different answers…so we can’t confirm whether the deposit minimum is actually $20 or $30 (but we are pretty certain it is one of the two!).

Customer Service Options

The customer support team at BGO is available to their players 7 days a week, but they have two different hours of operation listed on their website. They are either available between the hours of 8:30am and midnight BST, or 9am and midnight BST….we’re sure it’s just an oversight to have two different hours of operation listed within a paragraph of each other, but it is a little disconcerting, to say the least. Let’s hope their attention to detail isn’t always this sloppy!

Their customer service representatives are available via live chat, email, telephone, mail, and the “contact us” page, which has a template in which you can fill out a question and upload a picture/screenshot if required.

If email is your preferred method of contact, the above email address is there for you to use as needed. That being said, it is the second slowest of all the available methods of contacting customer support, with traditional mail being the slowest by far. If you require a quicker answer, we would highly recommend contacting the customer support team, either by live chat or phone. But it is always good to have email as a backup in case the other methods are unavailable.

Live Chat:

Live chat is always our preferred method of contact, as it is immediate and does not require a different format, such as a phone call. We can type our question or concern right on the screen we are already on while playing the games. Unfortunately, BGO does not have live chat available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which is a definite drawback, especially considering the potential for different time zones between their players and their customer support team.

Live chat is available between either 8:30am or 9am and midnight BST. This means that if you are in a different time zone, you will have to figure out what the time conversion is and whether the support team is available for you during your playing hours. If they are not available, you will have to utilize either email or the “contact us” page and leave your questions for a representative to answer during their open hours. To say this is not ideal is an understatement.

BGO offers a phone number for their players to use; however, it is not toll-free. Unless players are local, it is unlikely they will want to make an international call to reach the customer service team. We would recommend any of the other contact methods before this one.

Contact Us

On their Help page, there is a “Contact Us” section that you can utilize to send any questions and/or queries. This template also allows you to upload a picture or screenshot, should you need to. You only need to fill in your first and last name, email address, subject, and query (as well as attach images, if needed). These queries will be responded to during their regular business hours, so the response time shouldn’t be too different than email. Certainly not as fast as live chat, but for the hours that live chat isn’t available, this is a method you can use to leave any questions you may have.

If you feel the need to put pen to paper and go old school, you can actually send BGO an honest-to-goodness letter, and they will respond in kind. I’m curious how many of their customers actually go this route, but it’s a nice throwback to offer it! Their website states that as long as the letter is addressed to the correct department, it will often reach them within 7 working days. There is no information on how long it will take for their response to reach you, though. This is definitely the contact method that only those especially patient people can utilize.

Overview

All in all, we enjoyed playing on BGO. We particularly enjoyed the selection of branded slot machines and live dealer table games, both of which made us feel like we were having a comparable experience to a brick-and-mortar casino. That’s really what we’re looking for in an online gaming site. We want to play games that we enjoy in real casinos, but from the comfort of our own homes. And BGO definitely offers that.

Because of the limited selection of table games and video poker options, the more serious gamers might not find all they are looking for. However, we believe that most beginners and casual players will find BGO to be a fun and entertaining gaming site.
