This is a sold “all-rounder” offering a fantastic range of games, decent bonuses, and a fair rewards program, and it’s all backed up by superior customer service.

There are a couple of small things which could be improved, such as the mobile app and the wagering requirements on the bonuses, which are higher than average. In fact, more and more casinos are doing away with wagering requirements altogether, so I advise Casinoland to get on this train ASAP.

If I had to sum Casinoland up in one word, it would be “solid.” There’s no single area it fails in. There are just a few little tweaks needed to take it to the next level.

It’s difficult to find fault with the range of games at Casinoland. About the only thing I could say is that a few more video poker titles wouldn’t go amiss.

One thing I’ll compliment this site on in particular is the range of virtual table and card games. Regular readers know I’m a fan of those, so I’m glad to see baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and several poker variants offered.

The live casino is also “complete” in the sense that there are no games missing. All the major bases are covered, and this casino will offer something for everyone.

Bonuses

There’s nothing wrong with the bonuses at Casinoland; it’s just that I’m not overly impressed with them.

£800 is no small stack of cash, but the 40x wagering requirements on it do taint it slightly. It’s good that there are weekly free spins, but again, 40x on anything you win is going to make it tough to get that money out.

The rewards for loyal players fare much better, though. Once you reach silver level, the wagering requirements drop to 20x, and then down to 1x at gold and platinum levels. This is more like it!

Customer Service

I’ll give a casino props where props are due, and in Casinoland’s case, its customer service is excellent.

The first great thing is that it’s available 24/7. The second thing I like is that the options include a telephone hotline. The third and final thing is that the responses are quick, and the agents are super helpful.

I was even surprised when the customer service agent told me not to bother with the app, as the mobile flash site was much better. That’s honest, and that’s how customer service should be done.

User Interface

It’s rare that I give a perfect score for anything, but Casinoland’s website is as close to flawless as it gets.

Everything is eye-catching, the menus and tabs work perfectly, login is quick and easy, and there are a few extra touches such as the ability to add games to your favorites and to play random games.

It’s the little things which count, and Casinoland seems to know this. This goes for both the desktop and mobile sites. I encountered no problems whatsoever on either.

Mobile Compatibility

The flash site works great on any device. All you have to do is visit the website on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or whatever browser you’re using, and log in.

However, while the app is decent, it could be a lot better. Even the Casinoland rep I spoke to advised me to play on the flash site rather than download the app due to the limited range of games.

I appreciate the honesty, but clearly, Casinoland has some work to do in this area.

An app isn’t a deal breaker for me since I don’t download them anyway, but it might be for you.

The Basics About Casinoland

There are a few cool extra features I like built into these games. You can add them to your favorites by clicking the heart icon, can choose your betting “range” (see below), and if you fancy a little novelty, you can click “random game” at the side of the screen to be taken to exactly that.

The Casinoland app is available for iOS and Android devices. iOS users will need to be using iOS 8.0 or later; otherwise, it won’t be compatible.

By Casinoland’s own admission, the app is “very limited” as compared to the mobile flash site. A decent range of games is available, but nothing close to the number of games you can play on the mobile flash site is available.

Since these are the words of the customer service agent I spoke to, I didn’t download the app myself. I’d advise you to stick with the mobile site. After all, if Casinoland itself says it isn’t up to much, it probably isn’t.

Summary

Every casino has its hits and misses. While Casinoland isn’t perfect, I feel that overall, I enjoyed a superior player experience.
