Well, this is an exciting review for me to write! I often write reviews of casinos that I have either read about or played at before, but somehow Fly Casino has not crossed my radar at all in the past. This means that I am going into this review basically blind, which gives me the chance to view it as a brand-new player might. While I always strive to give you honest, unbiased reviews and ratings, this time it’s going to be easier than ever!
I like to take a quick look at the home page of a casino site when I start a review. This is where players will get their first impressions, so I want to see for myself what the casino thinks is important enough to display. Immediately, I noticed a bit of a cluttered design, with banners and promotions everywhere. This isn’t my favorite design for sure, but what did strike me was the banner proclaiming 100 MILLION USD in jackpots! This is definitely a head-turner that will stop most players in their tracks.
Now, to be fair to the folks from Fly Casino, I know that after setting up an account, most players don’t look at the home page again…so it’s time for me to move on to the review of the actual content.
Ratings Breakdown
Overall
There is a lot to like about Fly Casino. It has a great background, uses excellent software, and the promotions give players a chance to improve their return on investment. However, as you will see when you read this detailed review, there are some issues I have with the site that, if fixed, would easily improve its overall rating.
Game Variety
Typically, I don’t give a perfect score for game variety unless I see more than one vendor in the lobby. However, in this case, Fly Casino is using every game in the Playtech arsenal, and since this vendor is widely considered to be the best in the industry, I feel this is one of the best options for my readers.
Banking
The site gets almost full marks for the sheer number of payment options available to players and for the speed in which they get payouts to players. However, I cannot ignore some ridiculous rules for playing out the winners of the progressive jackpots, so I have to ding the Fly Casino team for that. I hope that one day this will be changed so we can focus more on the great lengths the site goes to trying to make deposits and withdrawals as painless as possible.
Bonuses
The site has a great list of ongoing offers, including many that allow you to earn bonuses playing table games. The welcome bonus is small but effective and makes a case for why players would max out their first deposits. The marketing department does a great job of keeping things fresh, and the loyalty program adds another layer of rewards for players.
Customer Service
The site gets a lower score here only because the live chat service is not available 24 hours a day. When I tested the feature, I was pleased with the response time of the agent. I just don’t think players should have to pick up a phone to get someone in real time if the site is taking the wagers 24 hours a day online.
User Interface
While the website feels a bit cluttered, the lobby itself is excellent. You can filter the games in the lobby, and finding what you are looking for is very simple. I would like to see the site do a redesign of the website to clean it up a bit, as it can be tough to lay eyes on. There are definitely better examples of how to get information to players without being so cramped on a page.
Mobile Compatibility
Playtech’s games are all made to be used on the majority of tablets and phones, assuming these devices meet the minimum technical requirements. While there are no native apps to download, the browser-based version of the mobile games is excellent, and players should have no issues with lag time, assuming they have a good connection to the internet from their devices.
The Basics About Fly Casino
One reason I didn’t know anything about Fly Casino is that it hasn’t been around all that long. Launched in 2013, it is just approaching the five-year landmark that I use for a site when considering its reliability.
The casino is owned by the Peak Entertainment Group, which also owns a site you likely have heard of before – Omni Casino. When I read this information, my mind was much more at ease, as Omni has been around for quite some time and has an excellent reputation in the industry.
I was surprised to see that this site is only licensed by the Curacao Gaming Commission. This jurisdiction is very operator-friendly, and my experience with them has showed me that they aren’t too concerned about player safety and site integrity. I would have liked to have seen other gaming licenses, but I will give these guys the benefit of the doubt for now.
What is strange about the site only being licensed in Curacao is that there is still a long list of restricted countries from which players cannot create a real-money account. I assume that the brand is planning to stay clean in order to receive other licenses. For now, players from these countries are not welcome at Fly Casino.

The Casino
Now that I have done all my research on the background of the company, it’s time for the fun part of the review. The playing test is where I get a chance to see how the casino functions. There is a limited number of software companies to choose from for operators, and I have seen all of them over the years, so the games themselves won’t be entirely new to me. However, since many of you will be playing for the first time, I like to get into the details of each section of the lobby to make sure that you have a sense of what to expect.
Software
I have some excellent news for those of you who are considering playing at Fly Casino. The company has chosen to work with one of the top suppliers of games in the industry – Playtech. This company has been at the cutting edge of the gaming industry since it started back in 1999, and it shows no signs of slowing down. Over the years, Playtech has not only developed some excellent games, but they have also acquired companies that strategically complement their own games. All of this results in hundreds of top-quality titles in the casino lobby.
Another thing to note here is that Playtech is quite selective when it comes to what operators it works with. This is a good sign in my book, as Fly Casino will have had to pass Playtech’s due diligence before receiving a license.
Slots
When a casino promotes nine-figure jackpot totals at their site, it seems only fitting to start the games review with the slots catalog. The largest of all the Playtech network jackpots is Jackpot Giant, which at the time of this review was hovering around $12,000,000. One spin of these reels could change your life, so I thought I would give it a shot. The game features great graphics and sounds…and still has a huge jackpot, as I came up short in my attempts to win the progressive.
There are far too many slots titles to cover in this review, but what I can tell you is that Playtech has an excellent mix of classic games and content with other cross-promoted brands. From TV characters to superheroes, there is something for everyone at Fly Casino. I tried a few of the games, and here are some that I particularly enjoy:
Video Poker
Video poker continues to be one of my favorite games to play in a casino. The game is an excellent combination of skill and speed, and whenever you get close to the elusive royal flush, it is a pure rush of adrenaline. Playtech’s video poker selection is great, although not as extensive as some of its competition. That won’t be an issue for most of you, as there are plenty of great titles to choose from, as you can see here:
I love that there are multi-hand versions of the games, and I suggest you try the insane 50-hand version of Jacks or Better for some excitement!
Table Games
Fly Casino has a full complement of table games for players to enjoy. This includes several blackjack variants, including Blackjack Switch. This is a fun version of the game where you are dealt two hands and can pay a premium to swap cards between the hands to try to improve your chances of winning.
All of the table games from Playtech feature rich graphics and realistic sounds, both of which enhance the overall experience. When I am testing the games, I tend to start with some blackjack and then move on to some of the less popular games. There’s no difference in quality, and I encourage you to try new table games when you get a chance. At your convenience, we have a full set of strategy pages for tables games:

Specialty Games
I will admit this isn’t my favorite area of any casino. These games, which are more for entertainment than gambling (they offer terrible odds of winning), are still very popular with a lot of players, and Playtech has recognized this, as they have built a huge selection. From keno to scratch cards, these games are good if you need a break from thinking about blackjack hands for a while.
For those of you who like to play these games, here are some of the titles I found (okay, I will admit that I did play a little bit of Rock Paper Scissors…):
Live Casino
Fly Casino players can also try out the live casino games from Playtech. Live casino games involve a real dealer and cards being live-streamed to your device from a studio Playtech has built. I love these games, as they give me a feeling of being in a land-based casino (I don’t think my girlfriend likes when I tip her a dollar for bringing me a beer…). Playtech decided to build its own studio rather than partner with one of the existing live dealer firms, but that doesn’t mean the games are lacking in quality. I always recommend to my readers that you give a live casino table a try.

Banking Options
Okay, so I have some good news and some bad news when it comes to the banking at Fly Casino. The good news is that I found loads of excellent payment options for both deposits and withdrawals. From credit and debit cards to localized e-wallet solutions, no one should have issues getting money to and from the site.
Where I take exception with the casino is in the terms and conditions around payouts. For some reason, the site has a very conservative approach to paying players. Have a look at what I found when doing my research.
The site has a $10,000 maximum withdrawal limit per month. This in itself isn’t too bad, but if you are lucky enough to win a progressive jackpot, you are paid in installments as per the following table:
- $1 – $250,000: $30k per month
- $250k – $1 million: $75,000 per month
- $1 million – $3 million: $200,000 per month
- $3 million +: $300,000 per month
What confuses me about these terms is that the progressive jackpots are network-wide, and the amounts are held by Playtech. I cannot imagine the software company handing the jackpot amount to the operator in these tranches, so I can only assume it is the site wanting to keep players around or trying to scoop up some extra interest by holding the funds. Either way, I don’t like it at all.

Bonus Promotions
Wow. Fly Casino does not hold back when it comes to their promotions department; that’s for sure! The site is littered with offers, so I wanted to take a couple of them and give you a few more details.
Welcome Bonus
The welcome bonus is typically where a casino will dangle a huge number in order to attract you to the site. However, in most cases, these huge bonuses are almost impossible to earn, leaving players frustrated. In Fly Casino’s case, the site decided to keep the welcome bonus modest, which I think is an excellent idea. It isn’t anything terrible – a one-time match bonus of 110% to $110 – but I can see some people already thinking it is too low. That isn’t the way I look at the bonus. I think this is a bonus you could conceivably earn in its entirety, which is a very positive thing. The wagering requirement for this bonus is a manageable 25x the sum of your deposit and bonus.
Hot Seat
This is a bonus I had to read over and over again to make sure I understood how easy it is. The Hot Seat promotion is a monthly offer that rewards players for simply earning one loyalty point per day. Here is what the site has to say about it:
It’s easy! For each qualifying gaming day that you play, you will be awarded with one Hot Seat Point. The more days that you play, the hotter your seat gets and the more cash you win. Play 28 days or more during the promotional period you WILL win $/€/£500.00!
Sounds easy, right? Okay, now one thing you should know is that to earn one Hot Seat Point, you need to have $1,250 in wagers in that day. However, you would be surprised how quickly that adds up, especially since the table games are all available for qualifying purposes.
Mobile Compatibility
These days, I find myself playing most of the casino games I love on my phone instead of in front of my PC. This gives me the freedom of being able to multi-task while spinning the roulette wheel or watching the reels spin on a slot machine.
Fly Casino gives players the option of playing from a mobile device by offering all the games through the mobile browser. Playtech’s games have all been configured to fit the smaller screen sizes, and the games that I tested were of the same quality as on the PC. In fact, as the resolution of my phone’s screen is better than my PC, the graphics looked even crisper!
There is not currently a native app for Fly Casino either for Android or iOS, but I can imagine that there will be one coming soon.
Customer Service
Here comes some more “Good News/Bad News” from Fly Casino. The customer support department offers you several ways to contact the casino, including live chat, telephone, email, and fax machine! However, for some reason, the live chat option is not available 24 hours a day. You can reach an agent on the phone all day and night, but that could mean incurring some long-distance charges.
I will admit I would have thought it would have been reversed and that live chat would be the option open 24 hours a day. I am hopeful this will be changed because it isn’t very player-friendly to have this support function turned off if the casino is still accepting wagers.
Summary
Seeing that it was my first time laying eyes on this casino, I am overall very pleased with what I found at Fly Casino. First off, partnering with Playtech means that you are going to find some of the best games on the market in the lobby here. With over 100 million USD in jackpots available, I am hoping to hear that one of my readers is a brand-new millionaire! Despite some issues I have with the payout terms and the customer service department, I am still happy with my overall experience at the site.
Verdict
I am pleased to give Fly Casino a recommendation to my readers. With an excellent selection of games, payment methods, and promotions, players who choose to make a deposit here and play either from PC or mobile will no doubt be satisfied with what they find at this site.
FAQ
Can I use my Omni Casino account for Fly Casino?
Unfortunately, even though they are owned by the same company, you will have to create a whole new account for Fly Casino. The good news is that you will be able to take advantage of the welcome bonus as a result!
Why can’t I use Bitcoin to deposit here?
Bitcoin is still a relatively new payment method, and while the gambling industry has embraced it, there are still many operators who are not comfortable with the volatility of the cryptocurrency. While we expect sites like Fly Casino to get on board at some point, for the time being, you will need to use traditional cash to fund your account.
What if I have a serious issue with the site?
This is typically where the gambling regulator would be an asset on your behalf. Unfortunately, while you can indeed lodge a formal complaint against the site with Gaming Curacao, my experience is that you aren’t likely going to get anywhere. An alternative is to take your claim to public forums, as these are monitored by site representatives, and they will want to quiet down any negative public chatter as quickly as possible.
I am always losing. Is this casino rigged?
Playtech’s casino games are regularly monitored by a third-party auditing firm; check to see if the proper math is being used. It isn’t in Playtech’s interests to be cheating players, so unfortunately, you might just be on a cold streak….and remember that casinos always have an edge in the games you play.
What if I try to create an account using an IP proxy?
I do NOT recommend this at all. There are plenty of casino options no matter where you live, and the risk of having your account closed or frozen is too high for me to suggest you try this. Just read some of my other reviews, and you will find a casino that works for your region.
