Over the years, I’ve heard the LeoVegas name come up many different times between a mix of friends and colleagues. However, I’ve never spent any quality time on their site. When the assignment came across my desk to review their online casino, I was pumped to be able to finally get on there and see what they were all about.

Overall

When considering the full picture of everything that they have to offer, I’ve ranked LeoVegas at 4 stars out of a potential 5. There’s a ton for LeoVegas to be proud about, like their massive collection of slots, live dealer, and table games. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. For one, they have a tiny section of video poker options. But my biggest issue with their site is that there was only one bonus offer at the time of my review. Moving forward, I’d like to see them increase their bonus and video poker options to help make their site more competitive with other online casinos.

Banking

If you choose LeoVegas to be your online casino home, then I don’t expect that you’ll have any trouble moving your funds onto or off of their website. At the time of my review, I found eight deposit methods and six withdrawal methods, which is more than I see from most online casinos. Included in their mix of banking methods were popular ones like Skrill, Neteller, and Visa.

Bonuses

I was quite disappointed by the bonus offers at LeoVegas at the time of my review. While most other online casinos have many different bonus offers at any given time, I only found one offer at LeoVegas. User Interface

For the most part, I was pleased with the user interface on LeoVegas. Using their search function and menu, I was able to locate things that I was searching for quickly. My only complaint comes with the fact that it’s tough to navigate back once you click on the support section. For example, if you click on the support tab, the only way for you to get back to the home screen or another part of the site is to use the back button. Instead, I’d like to see them add a home button option so that clients can quickly get back to the main website without hassle.

Mobile Compatibility

The mobile website provided by LeoVegas is very impressive. In fact, I prefer their mobile version of the site over their instant play. Based on my experience, the mobile version of the site was just more comfortable to use overall. My only complaint with the mobile version of their website is that it doesn’t offer all of the same games as their instant-play version. However, it does provide the vast majority of them, which is better than most online casinos can say. Overall, they’ve done a stellar job of building a mobile-friendly website.

If you’re on the prowl for an online casino to call home, then you should definitely consider LeoVegas. I say that because I found so many excellent things in their lineup. For starters, they offer over 1,100 different games in their casino! Seriously, it’s insane just how many games they have to offer. Below, I’ll give you some more insight and commentary about what I found in their casino space.

With over 1,100 games, you’re probably wondering what all is included in that mix. I was wondering the same thing, so I dug deeper. As you’ll see in the sections below, slots eat up the majority of the pie there. Based on my observations, slots make up 87% of their overall games collection.

What’s nice is that LeoVegas still has a great lineup of table games and live dealer games outside of the slots. Even though slots make up the majority, they still have an excellent showing in these departments. The only area that I was disappointed in was their video poker section, which only had two choices to select from.

Software

At LeoVegas, you’ll find a collection of games from a massive library of software manufacturers. In total, I saw games from over 30 different software companies. Notable names in the mix included popular gaming manufacturers Playtech, Microgaming, and Betsoft. With this many manufacturers, LeoVegas is able to offer their clients a wide selection of quality casino games.

Audio and Video Quality

With so many excellent software manufacturers, I wasn’t surprised to find that the games I tested on LeoVegas all had excellent quality graphics and video. Compared to other online casinos out there, what I found at LeoVegas is above average. Unless you’re looking for sheer perfection, I think that you’ll love what you’ll see and hear in the game audio and visuals at LeoVegas.

If you’re into slots, then you’re going to love LeoVegas. There, I found over 1,000 different slot games! With this many slots in one location, it’s more than I tend to see on average by far. I’m highly impressed with a collection of slots this large!

With over 1,000 different slot machines, LeoVegas has a broad assortment of different types of slot games. I located classic slots, multi-reel slots, 3D slots, and progressive slots in their lineup of games. No matter what kinds of slots you’re into, LeoVegas has you covered!

Speaking of progressive slots, LeoVegas has some mega ones on their website. At the time of my review, the highest jackpot was more than €6,000,000! That’s one heck of a jackpot! Along with that monster, there were also many other jackpot slot games with varying degrees of jackpot sizes.

If you’re interested in testing out some of the slot games at LeoVegas before playing with real money, you have that option. One of the perks of the site is that they let folks try the slot games out for free. This is an excellent way to get a feel for the quality of their games before wagering real cash. Another great bonus is that you can play the games for free without even needing to open an account there. For those of you that enjoy playing video poker, LeoVegas probably isn’t the online casino for you. Unfortunately, I located only two different versions of video poker on their site. This was very disappointing after finding over 1,000 different slot machines on their website. It’s shocking to see that they have this few video poker games in comparison to the average online casino, which has around 20 different video poker options. I’d suggest that LeoVegas either add in many more video poker versions or do away with them all together. When it comes to table games, I found a very nice-sized collection at LeoVegas. In total, I counted nearly 60 different offerings in their table games section. With this many table games, LeoVegas brings more of them to their clients than the average online casino.

I thought that the balance of their table games was very even across many popular games. As I checked things out, I found many different versions of blackjack, roulette, and baccarat. Luckily, I didn’t notice any major table games missing from their lineup.

One cool find in the table games section of LeoVegas is that they provide their clients all three major forms of roulette. This is great, as it’s very uncommon to see this, even in the online casino world. No matter if you’re into American, French, or European roulette styles, you’ll be set at LeoVegas!

When considering the entire online casino from LeoVegas as a whole, I’m mostly happy. I’m definitely not disappointed when it comes to their table games, slots, or live dealer sections. My main letdown comes from their disappointing collection of two video poker games. To help give their clients a complete collection of online casino games, LeoVegas should work to add in more video poker options as soon as possible.

Based on what I’m seeing, I expect that most folks should be able to easily move their funds onto and off of LeoVegas’ website.

Up next, I poked into the bonus offers that LeoVegas showcased at the time of my review. I was excited to check this section out to see how much they provided clients to give them more reasons to wager on their site. Below, I’ve listed out all of the promotional offers that I found on the site when I completed my full review.

Welcome Bonus

If you’re a new client at LeoVegas, you can score a welcome bonus of up to €700. This bonus operates as a bonus match where LeoVegas will match a portion of your deposit in the form of a bonus. However, unlike many sites that match your initial deposit only, LeoVegas gives you some bonus match on your first four account deposits. Below, I’ve broken out how the welcome offer works so that you can visualize it.

• 1st deposit: Receive 100% match up to €50
• 2nd deposit: Receive 50% match up to €150
• 3rd deposit: Receive 50% match up to €200
• 4th deposit: Receive 25% match up to €300

In total, if you maximize across all four deposits, you can earn up to €700 of bonus match. While I like the size of the overall bonus match, I wish that it was available on one deposit as opposed to being spread across four different ones. The first-deposit match is especially low at just €50. In the future, I’d like to see them offer more bonus match for initial site deposits.

Unfortunately, that’s the only promotion that they provided. I was very disappointed in this, as I’m used to seeing many more offers from online casinos. While their welcome bonus is a good start, it should not end there. LeoVegas should offer other promotions to help clients have more opportunities to make bonus funds. I’d suggest that they add in some reload offers along with other bonus specials as soon as possible.

Mobile Compatibility

Luckily, LeoVegas offers a very stout mobile-friendly version of their website. Using this platform, you’re able to play casino games online using your favorite mobile device. As long as you have an internet connection and a phone or tablet, you’ll be set to enjoy the convenience of the mobile website at LeoVegas.

One thing about the mobile-friendly version of their website stood out from most of the rest of their competition. What stood out is the fact that they offer their mobile clients nearly every single one of their games from the instant-play website. This is a rarity in the online casino space, as many other competitors only offer about 50% of their games to their mobile clients.

I’m a huge fan of this, as it allows clients to know someone is there to help no matter what day or hour it is. In the world of online casinos, the majority of them don’t offer 24/7 support, so LeoVegas stands out here in a really good way.

Another great thing about the customer service at LeoVegas is that they provide four different ways for clients to contact their team. With four contact methods, they’ve made it easy for just about anyone to reach them, and they provide more options than most other online casinos out there. At LeoVegas, you can reach their support team using a contact form, email, telephone, or live chat.

I don’t ever just jot down how you can contact a site without actually testing out their contact methods. Unfortunately, some websites out there have contact methods, but their response times are terrible. It’s vital to me that sites get back to folks in a reasonable amount of time, and with quality answers.

Up first, I tried out their contact form. You can access this form by clicking on the support link in the top left-hand corner of any page. Once there, you’ll be able to fill out their web contact form. By using this, you’ll essentially be sending them an email. The convenient thing about this contact form is that it can be filled out on their website without needing to open up your email. During my review, I used this contact form on several occasions, and on each occasion, I received a reply from their team on average in under 12 hours. This response time is about average for other online casinos.

Overall, I’m thoroughly impressed by the support that LeoVegas offers their clients. With four contact options and 24/7 support, LeoVegas is making sure that their clients are taken excellent care of. Based on my experience with their support team, I don’t have any reason to think that you’ll receive anything other than top-notch support when you need it.

Summary

LeoVegas has a ton to be proud of. For starters, they have built a quality online casino with software from some of the best manufacturers out there. In that casino, they have a staggering list of over 1,100 games! To go along with those positives, they also have impeccable customer service to help support their clients when they need it.

However, all is not perfect at LeoVegas. I had two main complaints about their website. The first one is that their list of video poker games was way too small at just two games. Secondly, they had only one bonus offer at the time of my review, which is unimpressive. In the future, LeoVegas should work to make strides in improving both of these sections to help make their website an even better online casino.
