The newest release from Betting Partners, Slots.com is a mobile dedicated online casino that only processes banking through Bitcoin. Whoa, that was a mouthful. We’ll break it all down for you step by step so you can understand the really cool features of this new site and what it does and does not have to offer you.

Most online casinos are built for a desktop first with the mobile aspect of it being a secondary thought. While most do a fairly decent job of creating this, there are things that get forgotten or just aren’t possible. The route they’ll usually take is creating an app that you have to download to try and bridge that gap. What Slots.com has done is found a way to bridge that gap WITHOUT forcing you to have to download and install another app on your phone or tablet.

The Slots.com website is built for use on mobile devices only. While you can still do everything via a computer, you’ll quickly see by the layout that this is not the intended purpose of the site. They’ve decided to abandon the computer side of things to make for a much greater experience on mobile devices. All of this is done by accessing their website through your web browser. There are no apps or programs that you have to download to play.

The one thing about computer based online casinos that does not translate well to mobile is the multitude of bells and whistles and endless gaming options. These are great from a computer, but when you try and use them on the go, it feels like sifting through an oversized library for the one book you’re looking for. To accomplish this, Slots.com slimmed down their gaming variety and options to make for a much more streamlined process. Players who just want to be able to jump on a site and start playing are going to absolutely love what they did here. We did hit them fairly hard in the ratings for this, but that is because we don’t have a dedicated scale for mobile only sites as this is the first of its kind!

Ratings Breakdown

DISCLAIMER: This rating would be higher than it actually is for this site, but we rated the site according to the same standards we use for all other sites which all are mainly designed for desktop first. However, Slots.com has attempted to produce a simplified and more streamlined online casino experience that is specifically catered to mobile clients. The reduction in options they offer makes for a simpler and more streamlined gaming experience for you but did result in a few docked points on this rating scale.

Overall

While we rated this site fairly low on our scale, it really should be a lot higher. The site concept is brand new, and we’ve yet to encounter another site that is only going after mobile customers. This dedication to the mobile platform makes for a phenomenal experience for mobile customers but does limit the options they offer. Had they decided to keep tons of game options and such, it probably would have muddied up the mobile platform and made it less effective for what it is attempting to accomplish.

Basically, if you base your expectations off these rating numbers, you’re in store for a pleasant surprise if the simplicity and easy to use mobile platform excites you.

Game Variety

The site offers 50 different gaming options currently across their slots, casino games, and video poker. This is somewhat lower than most sites we’ve reviewed but does fit well with their simplified mobile platform. The games are all of great quality, and they do have the most popular options, so that’s definitely a plus. We wouldn’t mind seeing a few more options if they could find a way to do it while maintaining the simplicity they have. It may not be possible, and that may be why they chose this number of games.

Banking Options

While the site only has one option for withdrawals and deposits, it was nice to see it streamlined and put together very well. As Bitcoin becomes more and more popular, we think you’ll see a lot of sites shifting to using this as their main source of funding and withdrawing. The transactions are all instant, have no fees from the site, and there are no posted limits on the size of the transactions. While we would like to see a bit more variety, it’s still nice to continue following the simple path.

Bonuses

This is one area we would like to see improvement. Judging by the wording on the site, though, they have plans to grow this area out pretty quickly. The welcome bonus is nice, and hopefully, they will have some in-game bonuses very soon. Most likely they just didn’t have them posted when we reviewed the site as they just launched, so we will check back soon and update this section with what we anticipate to be good news.

Customer Service

They only had one option available which we aren’t huge fans of. We would like to see them expand their support to include a few more options. Currently, it is just a contact form, but they do guarantee a response within 24 hours at the longest which is nice.

User Interface

The interface is great on mobile and set up very well. Gameplay is easy and finding the games you want is simple thanks to the simplified mobile dedicated design. We only took a half point because they could lay out their computer version a bit better without sacrificing anything on their mobile platform. We didn’t take much off for that, though, as a great desktop version is not what they’re attempting to accomplish

Game Variety

The game variety at Slots.com is somewhat limited but for a great reason. As we stated, their goal is to offer a streamlined and easy to play system for mobile customers. Instead of having to sift through hundreds of variations of the same few games, they picked the cream of the crop and simplified the entire process. If you’re dead set on having every game under the sun, this place is not for you. For the rest of us, you’ll be pleasantly pleased with the level of variety and the overall gaming experience.

  • All Games Can Be Played for Free Without Creating an Account

This means that you can try out every single game on the site without giving them as much as a username. You can just click on the site, navigate to the games, and start playing right away. This is a great way for you to get a feel for the lay of the land and decide if you like the site and are interested in playing for real money. If you’re just looking for a free place to play for fun, this works too!

  • The Gaming Options Should Grow

If our historical knowledge of new sites is anywhere close to correct, almost all sites start with a base of games and options and will strategically grow out from there. We say strategically because Slots.com is clearly looking to do whatever they can to preserve the simplicity of the site and the mobile friendliness. If they’re able to organize new games in a convenient way, then we definitely anticipate that they will be adding more in the future.

Banking

All deposits and withdrawals are done through Bitcoin at Slots.com. There are no other options available, and we don’t anticipate others being added anytime soon.

As Bitcoin rises in popularity, we expect to see many online casinos and gaming sites moving to a much heavier Bitcoin banking setup. There are a lot of benefits of Bitcoin that make it perfect for this sort of online banking.

  • No Fees on Transactions

The site will never charge you any fees on your withdrawals or deposits. Your Bitcoin wallet might have fees it charges but the site will never have any fees no matter what.

  • No Limits on Transactions

There are no posted limits on deposit or withdrawal sizes. This should be welcomed news especially if you happen to hit a big score on the site. Again, your Bitcoin wallet could have some limitations on transfer sizes, but the site does not have any posted limits.

  • Instant Transactions

All Bitcoin transactions happen instantaneously and are posted within the hour. Thanks to the nature of the technology you’ll never be waiting around to play or to get your money you won. This is how banking should be on all online casinos and Bitcoin is starting to make that possible.

Bonuses

The site offered a deposit match bonus on your first deposit equal to one Bitcoin. While this is going to fluctuate in its value, it’s still a fairly nice welcome bonus.

Regarding other bonuses and promotions, it looked to us like the site had some in the works but just hadn’t listed them yet. It’s most likely that they are planning on rolling some out but maybe are behind the ball with everything else surrounding the new launch.

The one thing we do want to point out is that typically new sites will have some of the most lucrative welcome bonuses available as drawing in new clients is extra important to them. For this reason, we definitely recommend that you at least make an account and keep an eye on their promotions tab for some sweet deals.

Customer Service

The only option available on the site was a contact form. Frankly, we aren’t huge fans of this and would really like to see them add email support, live chat, and maybe even phone support.

At a bare minimum, we would like to see live chat added. The one plus side to the contact form is that they do guarantee a response from an agent in less than 24 hours. Based on the fact that they are a new site, though, you can probably expect to get fairly fast support as they’re going to have fewer players than sites that have been established for a while.

The company behind the site has also been in the business for a while and is no slouch when it comes to setting up the logistical processes behind the scenes.

User Interface

The site definitely hit its goal of creating a dedicated mobile platform that was easy to use and still provided a high-quality gaming experience. From a mobile device, the options are simple, and everything is laid out in a way that makes navigating to what you want simple and quick.

The game interfaces are great, and you can tell they didn’t skimp on quality when purchasing and building their games. This is one area where the slimmed down options are really going to shine. Regarding the computer interface, it’s a bit all over the place but only because the site is meant to be viewed and used solely from a mobile device. You can still do things on the computer version; they’re just a bit disorganized, but we can’t really fault them for this.

We do anticipate that they may integrate some form of a cleaner computer version sometime in the future. The bottom line, though, is that the mobile interface is fantastic.
