The $10k maximum amount looks impressive, but the downside is that the bonus chip isn’t redeemable. You can only withdraw winnings from the bonus after meeting rollover requirements, which we’ll cover next.

Wagering Requirements

Rollover requirements are 50x the bonus plus deposit amount, and you can see an example of how this works below:

1. You deposit $500, making you eligible for a $2,000 bonus chip.
2. You must now wager $125,000 [($500 + $2,000) x 50] to cash out winnings made with your $2k chip.
3. European players must meet double the wagering requirements (100x) on this and all other bonuses.

While we like the idea of getting a bonus chip worth quadruple our deposit, the thought of having to wager $125,000 just to get your winnings is ridiculous.

Even if we drop the deposit down to $100, this still leaves you having to bet $25,000 to get the winnings. You also must take into account that your chances of making any money after meeting 50x rollover aren’t good.

All in all, we’re not impressed with the main SlotsPlus bonus due to the wagering requirements and how you’re only eligible for winnings.

And if you’re from Europe, it’s next to impossible to unlock the bonus winnings based on the 100x requirements.

One possible reason for this is that several Eastern European countries are known for abusing bonus policies. But doubling requirements for everybody from this continent is a bad move.

Game Contributions

The only games that count towards meeting requirements for the 400BONUS reward are slots, keno, and scratch cards.

When visiting Slots Plus through a PC or Mac, you’ll see a mixture between flash and elegance. The latter comes from purple curtains on the outside of the screen, which gives Slots Plus character.

The flash comes from a casino setting in the middle, where you’ll see moving lights, casino visitors, and a row of slot machines. The latter is cool because the slot machines all feature small screens of RTG games.

If you visit from a smartphone, you’ll see nearly the exact same scene. The only difference is that the mobile interface doesn’t feature the curtains.

While still a good-looking interface, the lack of curtains diminishes the elegance that’s seen with the laptop and desktop version.

They state in their banking section to expect up to 2-week wait times on processing. But we saw complaints on a few sites regarding players who claim to have waited months on a payout.

The non-response on the cash out is alarming, but it’s the only such related incident that we’ve seen involving this casino.
