In addition, I saw other sweet perks that included flights to Las Vegas and exclusive VIP events. All in all, I’m highly impressed with the VIP program perks that Vegas Hero has to offer their top clients.

As a whole, Vegas Hero has a good start when it comes to bonuses and promotions. That being said, I definitely would like to see Vegas Hero add more bonus options for their clients. Hopefully, we’ll see Vegas Hero offering a wider variety of bonus options as they continue to grow and expand.

As part of my in-depth site review of Vegas Hero, I took a dive into their deposit and withdrawal banking options. In this section, I’ll give you the scoop on the banking options that you’ll find at Vegas Hero so that you can determine if they offer the banking options that you need.

Overall, I hardly have any complaints about the deposit and withdrawal banking options offered by Vegas Hero. Quite honestly, they have one of the best lineups of banking options that I’ve seen from an online casino in some time. My only suggestion for Vegas Hero would be to add in Bitcoin to their banking options. I prefer it when online casinos offer name-brand games, as they tend to create better player experiences. Often, name-brand games will have better graphics than their generic knock-off counterparts.

I was glad to see that Vegas Hero offers their clients some jackpot options in their massive mix of slot games. At the time of my in-depth review, I counted over 20 different slot games that had jackpots associated with them. What’s nice is that several of them had jackpots in excess of one million Euros. The largest that I found was nearly 2.5 million Euros!

Overall, the slots selection on Vegas Hero is astonishingly awesome. Not only do they have hundreds of games to choose from, but they also offer name-brand games and great game graphics. Vegas Hero has created a winning selection of slots games for their clients.

The Casino

After seeing the massive selection of slot machines that Vegas Hero has to offer, I had high hopes for the rest of their casino games. Luckily, Vegas Hero does not disappoint there, either. In their online casino, you’ll find all kinds of games, including choices such as table games, slots, and live dealer games. I’ll go into more detail on these casino games in this section so that you’ll know what to expect.

If you’re a fan of live dealer games, then you definitely won’t be disappointed by the lineup that Vegas Hero brings to the table. I’m a huge fan of live dealer games, thanks to the added interaction that these games bring to clients. I was glad to see that Vegas Hero does not disappoint in this area.

Vegas Hero offers one of the largest selections of live dealer games that I’ve ever seen. In total, I counted over 60 different live dealer games, which is way more than I find on most other online casinos. Included in their mix of live dealer games are options such as blackjack, baccarat, roulette, and poker.

Vegas Hero also does not disappoint when it comes to table games. In total, I found over 60 different table games in their selection. Game options include blackjack, baccarat, roulette, and poker. For each of these game options, Vegas Hero offers many different versions and variants to choose from.

It’s worth pointing out that their roulette options are phenomenal. At Vegas Hero, you’ll find over 35 different roulette games to choose from. What’s most impressive is the fact that they offer all three main types of roulette in their online casino. It is rare to find an online casino that offers American, French, and European versions of roulette, all on one site.

When it comes to video poker, you’ll also find a nice set of games to choose from. I counted nearly 30 different types of video poker games in their lineup. While this number is a good starting point, I think that they should consider adding more to this in the future. Based on the number of slots that they have to offer, their selection of video poker options seems disproportionately low.

Luckily, I didn’t come across any games on Vegas Hero that had sub-par graphics.

With so many games to choose from, I was glad to see that they present some functionality to help clients find what they are looking for. The main sorting function on Vegas Hero is based on the game type. You can choose from options such as live dealer games, table games, and slots. In addition, I really like that Vegas Hero also has options to sort by new games and hottest games. Using these two options is a great way to see other games that you might consider playing.

As a whole, I’m extremely happy with the table games on Vegas Hero. With such a large selection, clients will be hard pressed not to find what they are searching for. Other than my previous suggestion to add more video poker options, I would not change anything else about the Vegas Hero table games lineup.

Mobile Compatibility

In this section, I’ll talk a bit about the mobile compatibility of Vegas Hero. If you’re planning on playing there using your phone or tablet, you’ll want to check this section out to learn more about what you can expect.

Mobile Casino

Using your smart phone’s browser, you’ll be able to access all of the casino games on Vegas Hero. Luckily, they have made their site super mobile friendly, which makes this all possible. From roulette to baccarat, it’s all an option for you. I tested out some of the games using mobile phones and tablets and found that they functioned just the same as they did on a normal computer.

Mobile Poker

If you’re a poker fan, you’ll be glad to know that all of the poker games available on the regular website are also available on your mobile device. Whether you’re into video poker or Three Card Stud, it’s all on the table at Vegas Hero. While using mobile devices to test out some of the games, I specifically made sure to try some poker games. Luckily, everything functioned just fine on my mobile devices, and I had a solid gaming experience.

Mobile App

Currently, Vegas Hero does not have a mobile app. However, I checked in with their customer service team and found out that they plan on releasing one shortly. I pressed harder, looking for an exact date, but they wouldn’t commit to one. Either way, I’m excited to hear that they have one coming. Based on how good the site is, I expect that the mobile app will be solid, too. Once the app is released, I’ll be sure to update this page with my evaluation of it.

Overall, I’m happy with the current mobile compatibility of Vegas Hero. Once they roll out their mobile app in the near future, I expect that their mobile compatibility will be even better. I am hopeful that the mobile app will help optimize things a bit more for mobile users.

Customer Service

Before I wrapped up my in-depth review of Vegas Hero, I needed to make sure that I took the time to review the customer service that they have to offer. Good customer service is basically an insurance policy. While you hope that you don’t ever really need it, you’ll want it there if you do need it.

I am happy to report that Vegas Hero offers customer service with some hero-like qualities. The main thing that I liked about the customer service support from Vegas Hero is that they provide multiple methods for their clients to reach their team. In total, you can choose from three different options, which are live chat, phone, and email.

I was very glad to see that Vegas Hero offers live chat customer service support. It’s my favorite method for contacting customer service, due to the sheer convenience of it. Honestly, I wish that more online casinos would offer it.

During my in-depth review, I utilized the live chat functionality on many different occasions. I’m glad to report that I received solid assistance from their team in a timely fashion each time. If you’d like to use the live chat function to reach the Vegas Hero customer service team, you’ll start by clicking on the question mark image in the top right-hand corner of any page. From there, simply select the chat option, and you’ll quickly be connected with one of their live chat representatives.

If you prefer to use the telephone to reach their customer service team, Vegas Hero offers you that option, too. Currently, the phone number offered by Vegas Hero is toll-free for clients of the European Union. Clients that live elsewhere can still call in using that number, but may face long distance charges. I’d really like to see Vegas Hero offer toll-free options for non-E.U. customers.

In order to test out their phone customer service support, I called in two times while doing my review. I was very pleased with the help that I received from their phone support team. If you’re looking to contact Vegas Hero via telephone, you can reach them at 00356 27761397.

Finally, your other option to contact the customer service agents at Vegas Hero is by using email. In total, Vegas Hero offers three different email addresses that you can use to contact their team. Each of these emails is for a different department within their company. Using this setup, Vegas Hero is helping get your email in the hands of the right team faster than just using a general email box. I’ve detailed the emails below for your convenience.

I sent a handful of emails to their customer service team during my review to test out the email customer service support. Luckily, I found the email support to be just as good as their live chat and phone support. My emails were quickly returned with helpful answers.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the customer service that Vegas Hero brings to the table for their clients. Based on my experience across their three contact options, I don’t have any reason to believe that you won’t receive solid service yourself.

Summary

For as new as Vegas Hero is to the online casino scene, I am thoroughly impressed! Vegas Hero has the look, feel, and game offerings that you would expect from a site that’s been around for more than a decade. It is clear that the leadership at Vegas Hero knows what they are doing, and they do it well.
